Does the Mi-Brows come in a lighter color or what do you recommend?


Black to dark brown hair go 1-2 shade lighter than your natural hair color. Blondes go 1-2 shade darker than your natural hair color. You can follow that with whatever shade color you choose.




What adhesive should I used?


Many of our customers use their eyelash glue or lace wig glue. If you use your eyelash glue, we recommend it being hypoallergenic, Latex free, formaldehyde free, dries clear, and is waterproof if you plan on showering or swimming in your Mi-Brows.




When will glue for the Mi-Brows become available on the site?


We are working diligently to come up with a formula for the brow adhesive. All site members will be contacted when the glue arrives on the site.




How long can I wear my Mi-Brows?


You can continuously wear your Mi-Brows, but if you want it to last over 1 week take it off gently at night. The better you care for your brows the longer it will last.




How long does the Mi-Brows last?


Mi-Brows can last up to 2 weeks depending on how often you wear it and your care routine. We are coming up with different lace options, which will also determine the amount of wear you can get from a pair.




How to get longevity from my pair of Mi-Brows?


Do not wash your Mi-Brows. Doing so will disrupt the hair strands. Instead, wipe with a soft damp cloth in the indirection of the hair. Use a cotton swab with alcohol or glue remover to clean glue from the lace.




Can I treat the Mi-Brows like my own eyebrows?


Yes you can! Mi-Brows can be trimmed, dyed, and plucked like your own natural eyebrows. You can even use eyebrow pencils on them. Also, you can shower and swim in them. However when doing so, please take the necessary precautions.

Are Tailored Brows Cosmetics sold at any Retailers?


No. Not yet, but we are working on it.




How often do you restock?


We look to restock every week, but that depends on the availability of the product.




I placed my order. When will I receive my package?


All packages ship via USPS. The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

We look to respond to all E-mails within 48 hours. Please note that this timeframe may be extended during and immediately after launches.




Do you offer refunds or replacements?


No. All sales are final. Please refer to our Retund Policy. Please note, Tailored Brows Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse all returns.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 3 days of receipt of package. Customer must include photos of the issue including the packing slip.
If products are damaged during transit please contact us within 3 business days from the date you received the goods.




I live outside the United States (international). Do I have to pay customs and taxes?


Currently we do not ship internationally. All packages are shipped via USPS. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Tailored Brows Cosmetics.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.




I have not received my order confirmation email. How long should I wait?


Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at customertailored@gmail.com with your inquiry.




Do I need to setup an account to place an order?


No, but by setting up an account, you become a Tailored Brows Cosmetics VIP Member and have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future.




I placed an order. Can I go back and change it?


No, once you place an order it is final.




Do you offer discounts and promotion?


Yes! From time to time we offer discounts and promotions. Join our VIP List to receive news on special offers. Promotional codes are only offered if you join, not on Facebook and Instagram.
